Oliver specialises in building world-class in-house dispensing and prescribing systems, leading development teams to create industry-leading patient experiences.

Scott is a Chartered Accountant and brings many years of experience in scaling SMEs across the UK, ensuring sound financial strategy and capital allocation. Scott brings experience across fundraising, asset management, budgeting, and analytics.

With many years experience in marketing and brand strategy, Peter brings a wealth of expertise to Releaf. Known for developing impactful campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences he is passionate about driving growth and innovation through creative, thoughtful, data-driven marketing. Peter has worked with many household name brands, blending creativity with a results-oriented approach, and is excited to now further elevate the Releaf brand.

As Chief Operating Officer, Graham Woodward, a trained psychiatric nurse, brings a wealth of expertise to our team. His background includes pivotal roles as a clinical director and quality assurance director, complemented by experience as a CQC Specialist Advisor. Graham is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in our operational processes.

A leading voice in UK advertising standards and regulation, Rupa is a key author of the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) Code Guidance and brings more than 13 years’ experience with the ASA, ensuring Releaf’s patient communications remain compliant.

Dr Susan Jane Clenton is an Oncologist & Specialist Consultant at Releaf. Since joining the team in February 2024, she has brought an extensive oncology experience of over 20 years, previously serving as the Medical Governance Lead for cancer services at her NHS trust.

As EA to the Board, Sarah helps keep our operations running smoothly by managing board members' schedules, organising meetings, and preparing important documents. She also supports various business operations, handles day-to-day tasks. and looks after recruitment, helping to bring in the right talent for the business.
