Here at Releaf, we are dedicated to helping patients in the UK access medical cannabis, whilst upholding our beliefs and commitments, and respecting the rights of patients.

You will receive the highest quality of care.

Your safety and wellbeing is our priority, our Clinic adheres to Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations. Our highly-trained clinical team are registered with their respective governing bodies and oversee all our patient care.

Your specialist doctor will always follow Releaf Prescribing Guidelines.

Releaf is committed to the continuous improvement of our patient experience and outcome. To support this commitment all Releaf doctors have passed the Releaf “Prescribing Guidelines and Best Practice Training Programme” and are part of our ongoing quality assurance programme.

You medical cannabis will always be of the highest quality.

Our medical cannabis contains precisely controlled THC/CBD levels. We go to great lengths, scouring the globe, to ensure you will always receive the purest medical cannabis available.

You will receive your medication within 4 working days.

We understand that interruptions to your treatment plan can have a huge effect on your quality of life, so we have secured our supply chain to ensure you will receive your prescription of Releaf branded cultivars within 2-4 working days.

Your personal information will be handled with privacy and discretion.

We adhere to strict GDPR regulations and have incorporated Stripe ID verification to our payment platform, ensuring we can protect your patient privacy. We deliver your medication in discreet packaging, through a signed delivery service.

You will be treated with compassion and respect.

Our clinical team treat all our patients equally. If you have any concerns, we promise to investigate them fully and fairly. We safeguard against discrimination, including providing braille and translated versions of all our materials if requested.

You will be listened to

We work collaboratively with you to provide the best level of care. All doctor appointments are recorded for training, monitoring and auditing purposes, supporting Releaf’s commitment to continuously improve your patient experience and quality of life.

Your journey will be as easy as possible

No patient will be turned away because they need extra support. If a patient experiences difficulties with sight, sound, communication, langauge or using the platform, we will do our best to guide them through.

Your communications with us will be responded to quickly and efficiently

We will aim to reply to any queries in a timely manner, while being attentive, polite and helpful. Between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, we will aim to answer phone calls within 60 seconds. If a voicemail is left we will call back within 3 hours. We aim to respond to emails within 24 hours and web chat within 1 minute.

Your appointment will be held at a time that is most convenient for you

We will aim to carry out your initial consultation as soon as possible after all your information is received. You can pick your preferred appointment slot and we provide flexible weekend and evening appointments to patients who need them. If you have a life limiting illness and are currently receiving palliative treatment, we will aim to expedite your appointment and give you access to our Patient Support Team on a dedicated number.

Your GP will always be kept informed

As part of our duty of care, we will always inform your GP of any prescriptions we provide for you, so they are fully aware of your treatments and can ensure they prescribe safely for you.

This is our promise to all our patients, if we do not meet this Charter we will offer a full refund on the price of your medication.
