Sign in to your Releaf Patient Portal and select the ‘Prescription’ tab in the left hand side menu. Click on the ‘Request a Repeat’ button to choose which medication you would like to order. This will then be sent to one of our specialist clinicians for review.

Your prescription will be reviewed within 24-48 hours, although for some rare instances, we may be required to wait for a specific consultant with expertise in the primary condition.

If you are currently registered as a patient with another private medical cannabis clinic, you will first need to request a patient discharge letter before you can sign up as a Releaf patient. After you have an initial consultation with a Releaf medical cannabis clinician and your case is reviewed by our MDT, a decision will be made regarding issuing a new prescription.
